Today is my first day to blog. I have no idea what I am doing but I want to record LIFE for posterity for my two beautiful girls, Jaclyn who will be 5 in a month and Madison who is 2 1/2. I want to be, amongst other things, a celebratory parent to commemorate milestones with my kids. To quote, "While we are living in the present, we must celebrate life every day, knowing that we are becoming history with every work, every action, every deed". And thus, here I am on this blog journey...TO CELEBRATE...whether it be birthdays (in this picture, the kids are celebrating my dad's 78th birthday), Christmas, the first day of snow, learning how to tell the time, swimming without water wings, or going pee pee in the potty.LET'S CELEBRATE!!
